Youth Empowerment Alliance handed over grocery hampers to families in Santa Elena Town

By Zoila Palma Gonzalez: On April 25, 2024, the Youth Empowerment Alliance (YEA) handed over 16 grocery hampers to families in Santa Elena Town.

The YEA thanked their anonymous international donor who provided the grocery hampers.

“Thank you Lord

Today we handed 16 grocery bags over to deserving families in Santa Elena Town.

It was a bitter sweet moment as we saw the pain and sorrow of our elders who live with chronic diseases. Nevertheless, our small act of kindness made them happy.

I thank Manuel Gonzalez for joining us today as we prayed for each and every recipient. May God bless them abundantly,” President of the YEA, Adrian Palma said.

The YEA will continue to hand over grocery hampers during the course of next week to more families.

“Together, the youths can bring true change to our community,” Palma said.

The youths of the YEA joined by Manuel Gonzalez of the Full Gospel Church of God in Santa Elena seized the opportunity to pray for all the recipients.
