By Aaron Humes: Police are investigating an attempted burglary at James Brodie and Company Limited’s warehouse on the Philip Goldson Highway, where a security guard fought back against four masked men.
Around 5:10 this morning, Thursday, January 15, the guard was approached by the men, two of whom were armed with firearms and another with a crowbar. They hit him on the face and dragged him from the security booth, but Daley managed to bite one of the assailants on the hand and escape.
The suspects fled empty-handed, damaging a chain-link fence at the rear of the building.
