By Zoila Palma Gonzalez: Parliamentarians will join for a special sitting of the House of Representatives on April 30 to honor the legacy of Minister Mike Espat.
The special joint sitting will be held at 2pm at the National Assembly.
Espat was first elected in 1989 and served 6 terms.
He was serving a 7th term at the time of his death.
The Prime Minister and his colleagues describe him as a fierceful fighter for his constituency, a passionate leader who lobbied for his communities.
