The event celebrated unity, sportsmanship, and district pride as competitors marched before the official Opening Ceremony, marking the start of the national championship.
Minister of State for Youth and Sports, Devin Daly, delivered the keynote address, encouraging participants to compete with integrity, determination, and respect throughout the tournament. The ceremony set the stage for several days of competition as student-athletes from across Belize vie for national titles.
The Ministry of Tourism, Youth, Sports and Diaspora Relations extended best wishes to all competing teams and expressed gratitude to the National Sports Council of Belize, coaches, teachers, officials, volunteers, and supporters for their dedication in making the annual event possible.
