By Aaron Humes: A Belize City resident reported a break-in and theft of valuable items from his vehicle. The resident of Louise Bevans Street parked his 2018 white Nissan Rogue SUV in front of his house around 9:00 PM before discovering the crime the following morning.
Upon checking his vehicle at approximately 8:30 AM on Monday, he found that the front passenger door had been forcibly opened. A comprehensive list of stolen items includes a high-end Canon EOS camera, a collection of watches, a vape device, various chargers, a power bank, and cash amounting to $2,000. The total estimated value of the stolen property is reported to be $8,901.
Police investigations continue.
