By Aaron Humes: 73-year-old Windel Jacob Sr. was the victim of an alleged hit-and-run accident Saturday night in the Toledo District.
According to LOVE FM, Jacob was knocked down by a vehicle, and then run over by a motorcycle in the village of Jacintoville, occurring after 10 in the evening.
Jacob died on arrival at the Punta Gorda Hospital after sustaining severe injury.
Police are now investigating.
