By Breaking Belize News Staff (HP): Two vehicles collided at a T intersection in Trial Farm Village on Wednesday afternoon, with no injuries reported.

Police say a 21 year old welder of Avocado Street was driving a red 2000 Isuzu Rodeo along Sparrow Street around 1:50pm, travelling from the direction of Guadalupe Street toward West San Martin Street.

At the T intersection with Flamingo Street, a white Ford E250 van driven by a 50 year old businessman of Flamingo Street came out into Sparrow Street. The right passenger side of the van made contact with the Isuzu Rodeo.

The van received a dented and scraped right passenger door. The Rodeo sustained a broken front driver’s side light, a dented and scraped bumper and fender, and a burst driver’s side tire.

Traffic flow was slow at the time and the road is unpaved.

Statements were recorded from both drivers. A Notice of Intended Prosecution was served on the van driver, who appears to be at fault. He has agreed to settle the matter through insurance.
