By Zoila Palma: Today, technical officers from the Ministry of Agriculture, Food Security and Enterprise (MAFSE) and the Climate Resilient Sustainable Agriculture Project (CRESAP) participated in a training on Kobo Toolbox digital platform.
The training was organized through CRESAP and facilitated by Miguel Toquica of the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) as part of the Geo-Enabling Initiative for Monitoring and Supervision (GEMS) offered by the World Bank’s GEMS Team.
The aim was to equip participants with practical skills to collect and manage field data more effectively using simple digital tools.
Supported by the World Bank Group’s Partnership Fund for the Sustainable Development Goals, the initiative helps strengthen real-time monitoring, remote supervision, and data-driven decision-making in agricultural projects.
