“La flota de cerámica” [The Ceramic Fleet] is an initiative by renowned Puerto Rican architect and master ceramist Jaime Suárez: “Art that sails. Art that transforms. Art that educates.” The 9th iteration of this exhibition will take place on Saturday, June 6, 2026, at Plazoleta Juan Morel Campos at the Luis A. Ferré Performing Arts Center [Centro de las Bellas Artes Luis A. Ferré], San Juan, Puerto Rico.

Description: On Saturday, June 6, 2026, the fountains in the Juan Morel Campos Plaza at the Luis A. Ferré Performing Arts Center will be the setting for one of the most beloved and anticipated artistic events.

The Ceramic Fleet, an initiative by renowned architect and master ceramist Jaime Suárez, arrives at its ninth port with a distinguished collection of ceramics and other media, all under the unique theme of ships, displayed on pedestals in the fountains. This recurring exhibition has captivated the public and has become a true celebration of art, creativity, and culture.

The proceeds will benefit the Ballets de San Juan scholarship fund, an institution that, in 2026, celebrates 75 years of educational excellence and 71 years of cultural activity in Puerto Rico. A cause as beautiful as the art that inspires it.

Art that sails. Art that transforms. Art that educates.
