By Rubén Morales Iglesias: The countdown is on for the II Final Four Masculino de AFECAVOL, and Team Belize has officially stepped into the spotlight. Earlier on Thursday, the Belizean Senior Men’s Volleyball Team participated in the compulsory preliminary interview session at the Gimnasio FESAVOL in San Salvador, El Salvador, joining fellow contenders Nicaragua, Guatemala, and host nation El Salvador ahead of the tournament’s opening matches on Friday.
The event, held at the Gimnasio FESAVOL, marks a key moment for Belize as they prepare to challenge the region’s top teams in a round-robin format that now carries FIVB World Ranking implications.
Defending champions Nicaragua arrive with momentum, but Belize’s early engagement and focused preparation signal a team ready to make waves.
