By Breaking Belize News Staff: The nation’s top culinary talents went head-to-head yesterday at the highly anticipated Taste of Belize 2025, where chefs, bakers, and bartenders showcased their skills in a vibrant celebration of Belize’s rich food culture.
In the Master Chef category, Anderson Moralez took home first place, followed by Michael Acal in second and Edward Tzib in third. The Junior Chef title went to Julianny Garcia, with Malcom Baizar and Kavanaugh Noralez placing second and third respectively.
For Pastry Chef, Kelcy Harris claimed top honors, while Markey Chaman and Einer Marin secured second and third. In the Bartender competition, Nino Moreno mixed his way to victory, with Imer Mai in second and Joe Pate in third.
Organizers extended gratitude to all participants, judges, sponsors, and attendees, calling the event an unforgettable showcase of Belizean creativity, passion, and culinary excellence.
