By Aaron Humes: At approximately 9:07 PM on Thursday evening, police received reports of gunfire in an alleyway on Dolphin Street, prompting a swift response from the Crimes Investigation Branch of Precinct 1.
Upon arrival at the scene, officers discovered several expended shell casings scattered within an alley and a yard near the South Creek Bridge. Police reported no injuries or damage to property in the vicinity.
Police conducted a thorough search of the area but encountered challenges in gathering information, as residents and bystanders were reluctant to provide accounts of the incident.
Residents are encouraged to report any suspicious activity or information that may assist police in their investigation.
