By Breaking Belize News Staff: For the second time in recent days, police have been called to the Port Loyola area following the discovery of a body along the Belize City coastline.
Authorities report that the body is believed to be that of 17-year-old Alwin Marin Jr., found in an area southwest of the port. The same location was already under investigation after the recent discovery of a 19-year-old murder victim last week.
The repeated incidents in the same vicinity have sparked growing concern among residents, especially as a teenager linked to the earlier case has since been reported missing.
Despite mounting speculation, police have not yet officially confirmed the identity of the body recovered, nor have they established any direct connection between the cases.
Investigations remain ongoing as authorities work to determine the circumstances surrounding this latest discovery.
