By Breaking Belize News Staff (HP): A 27 year old labourer of San Jose Village has been charged with harm following a confrontation with a relative.
According to the report, a 40 year old housewife of the same village went to a residence around 8am on Saturday to inquire about her nephew.
She told police she was on the street side in front of the house when he came out, and the two began to speak.
The complainant said she had gone there to ask whether he had stolen money from her house.
As she turned to leave, she said he punched her twice on the right shoulder, causing pain.
A pair of medico legal forms was issued and her injuries were certified as harm by a doctor.
Juan Novelo Jr. was formally arrested and charged on Sunday evening after police swore to an information and complaint and obtained a warrant in the first instance.
