By Rubén Morales Iglesias: The Premier Women’s League of Belize is set for a dramatic conclusion this weekend as Napoles FC and Jewel Fury FC face off in the decisive second leg of their semifinal clash at the Isidoro Beaton Stadium in Belmopan. The match is scheduled for Sunday at 4:00 pm, with both teams vying for a coveted spot in the final.

Napoles hold the advantage
Napoles FC stunned defending champions Jewel Fury FC in the first leg, securing a 1-0 victory thanks to a decisive strike from Roshanny Narváez in the seventh minute. The underdogs displayed remarkable resilience, frustrating Jewel Fury’s attacking force and flipping the script on a team that had dominated them in previous encounters.

Jewel Fury entered the semifinals as heavy favourites, having recorded commanding 4-2 and 4-1 victories over Napoles in the regular season.
