Fifth-place Napoles FC (13 pts) host fourth-place Belmopan FC (17 pts) on Saturday, November 8 at 7:30 pm at the Isidoro Beaton Stadium, Belmopan, closing out their regular season campaign in the Premier League of Belize 2025–2026 Opening Championship.
Currently in fourth place, Belmopan FC, who qualified to the playoffs on their 3-1 win over Wagiya on Wednesday, still have a shot at third place. If they defeat Napoles and overturn Progresso’s +15 goal difference (currently at +11), they would leapfrog into third—provided they win by at least five goals.
That shift would alter the semifinal matchups: Belmopan would face Port Layola instead of Verdes, while Progresso would be matched against the unbeaten leaders.
Napoles, meanwhile, will be looking to end their season on a high note and disrupt Belmopan’s ambitions. Expect a motivated clash with final rankings and playoff pairings on the line.
