By Aaron Humes: Police sources have confirmed a devastating incident unfolded in Punta Gorda Town today as a three-year-old boy was found drowned near the seaside area close to St. Peter Claver Roman Catholic Church.
The child, whose father is reportedly a pastor, reportedly wandered away from his family and was discovered unresponsive in the water.
Police responded to the scene and are investigating. More details are expected as they gather additional information.
