By Zoila Palma: Today, the Ministry of Education along with Toledo East Area Representative Dr. Osmond Martinez broke ground for the Toledo Community College STEAM Pavilions.
“A great opportunity for our students across the Toledo District to study Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Mathematics.
The next set of engineers, Artists, mathematicians and leaders will be prepared at this new institution,” Dr. Martinez said.
He also expressed gratitude to the Ministry of Education, Minister Francis Fonseca, CEO Diane Mejia, IDB, the Board of Governors, teachers, students and staff of the Toledo Community College for making this project a reality.
