Ministry of Labour hosts Virtual Empowerment Sessions

By Zoila Palma Gonzalez: On May 1, 2024, the Ministry of  Rural Transformation, Community Development, Labour and Local Government through its Labour Department hosted the Labour Day Virtual Empowerment Sessions, igniting dynamic conversations and insights into crucial aspects of our workforce.

“We extend our heartfelt gratitude to esteemed partners and participants: the Belize Social Security Board, Members of the Labour Advisory Board, Members of the Tripartite Body, and the Ministry of Health and Wellness. Special thanks to all who joined us via Zoom or Facebook Live, contributing to a vibrant exchange of ideas and initiatives. In addition, we would like to thank our Labour Officers ( Rudy Ake and Domingo Pau) and our Labour Commissioner (Rissela Dominguez-Patt),” the Ministry said.
