By Zoila Palma: Police have formally arrested and charged Sandra Tzul, 56, of August Pine Ridge, Orange Walk for the crime of abduction.
Tzul is reportedly the aunt of Lissy Suntecun Milian, who was reported missing since June 16.
Following leads and through the coordinated efforts of the Benque Viejo and Orange Walk police formations, authorities were able to locate Lissy on June 19.
As a result of their investigation, police located the child, who was being hidden at a home in Guinea Grass, Orange Walk.
Milian had reportedly been living with her adoptive mother in Melchor de Mencos, Petén, at the time she was reported missing.
