By Zoila Palma: The Belize Police Department (BPD) noted that today, Division One personnel welcomed Commissioner of Police, Dr. Richard Rosado.
COMPOL Rosado was joined by Deputy Commissioners of Police Sandra Bowden and Alden Dawson.
The meeting also included the participation of Eastern Division Commander, Reymundo Reyes, ACP., alongside his deputies Juanito Cocom, Sr. Supt., and Antonio Gomez, Supt. Additionally, Dehanne Augustine, Sr. Supt., Director of Support Services from the office of DCP Admin, and Division One Commander, Lennox Broaster, Supt., who joined other senior and junior officers.
COMPOL Rosado commended the officers for their tireless, continuous work on the ground.
He also motivated the ranks to push a little harder and keep up the excellent work to ensure the momentum of community safety is maintained.
DCP Alden Dawson spoke extensively on the critical need for clear communication and strict accountability among senior officers and Non-Commissioned Officers (NCOs) to streamline operations and lead effectively.
In addition, discussions included officer welfare and the BPD’s commitment to ensuring that the front lines are properly supported both professionally and personally.
