By Zoila Palma Gonzalez: Minister Orlando Habet is organizing a candlelight vigil to honor the victims of Saturday night’s tragic traffic accident.
“I am saddened about the tragic traffic accident on the George Price/Western Highway that took the lives of so many of our young people. I cannot begin to understand and fathom the loss and pain of the family and friends who lost their loved ones. It is difficult to accept the loss of all these young lives.
Our towns mourn, our country mourns these lost souls,” Habet said.
The candlelight vigil begins at 6pm at the Welcome Center.
“Bring your candles. We can speak, discuss, suggest, opine on various traffic and transport issues,” Habet added.
Members of the community are joining efforts in extending condolences and providing assistance to all families mourning their loved ones.
