By Breaking Belize News Staff (HP): Food lovers and vibe chasers are getting ready for what promises to be one of the tastiest events of the summer, the Saunders Food Truck Festival 2026.
The festival is set for Wednesday, July 22 at the Cahal Pech Village Resort parking lot and organizers are promising an evening packed with bold flavors, live entertainment and nonstop energy.
From sizzling street tacos and loaded burgers to tropical desserts, BBQ specialties and ice-cold drinks, the event aims to bring together some of Belize’s favorite food vendors in one location.
Organizers say guests can also expect live music, social media-worthy moments, food truck competitions and an atmosphere designed for families, friends and foodies alike.
The event runs from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. and attendees are being encouraged to bring their appetite and prepare for a night where “the food hits different.”
