His triumph was made even sweeter as he also secured first place in the Master Bodybuilding category, in a display of consistency, discipline, and enduring excellence in the sport.
Hyde’s commanding performance set the tone for the evening at the Mr. Belize Bodybuilding Championships, where athletes across categories displayed power, precision, and pride.

Support for Bodybuilding’s Growth
The evening carried added significance with the announcement from the Belize Olympic and Commonwealth Games Association (BOCGA). In its official release, the BOCGA confirmed it will provide up to $6,000 in support to the Belize Bodybuilding & Fitness Federation (BBBFF) for its activities in 2025.
“This contribution helps strengthen athlete development, competition opportunities, and the continued growth of the sport in Belize. Together, we’re investing in our athletes and building a stronger sporting future for the Jewel,” BOCGA stated.
