Belizean Inspector of Police Reina Mendoza participates in National Development Course in Taiwan

By Zoila Palma Gonzalez: Today, Belize’s Ambassador to Taiwan Dr. Candice Pitts joined Deputy Foreign Minister Chung-kwang Tien and other Ambassadors and Representatives at a luncheon in honor of participants in the National Development Course, Session 174, organized by the Ministry of National Defense of the Republic of China (Taiwan).

Reina Guadalupe Mendoza, Inspector of Belize Police Department, is representing Belize in this course.

The course is being held from May 20 to June 7, and participants are introduced to the military and national defense system, diplomacy, and strategy policy, through lectures and practical experiences.

The Embassy of Belize extended best wishes to Mendoza as she participates in the course.
