Belize Weather: Generally fair and warm conditions prevail

By Breaking Belize News Staff: Over the next 24 hours, according to the National Meteorological Service, skies will be cloudy in spells today with a few showers and isolated thunderstorms occurring mostly over the southern districts this morning; and isolated showers elsewhere. Tonight, it will be clear to partly cloudy skies with isolated showers developing, if any.

Average high temperatures forecast today will be 87 degrees Fahrenheit along the coast, 93 degrees in inland areas, and 79 degrees in the hills. Tonight’s low temperatures will be 81 degrees along the coast, 72 degrees inland, and 66 degrees in the hills.

Winds are easterly at ten to 20 knots with higher gusts, and sea state is moderate, becoming moderate to rough.

Tides will be high at 9:25 this morning and 10:24 this evening, and low at 4:10 this afternoon.

The sun sets at 6:07 this evening and rises at 5:40 on Tuesday morning.

Generally fair, hot and dry conditions are expected for Tuesday.
