Held under the theme “Courageous Conversations: Advancing Social Science Research,” the conference brought together social workers, students, and professionals to explore innovative strategies for strengthening support systems for youth, children, families, and vulnerable populations.
The participation of the City Council signifies its continued dedication to policies and programs that prioritize community well-being and civic engagement.
The Council’s involvement is part of a broader effort to align with central government and civil society organizations in addressing social issues through evidence-based initiatives. The event served as a platform for sharing best practices, fostering collaboration, and inspiring actionable solutions in the field of social work.
