By Aaron Humes: On Friday morning at around 9:31 am at DHL located at 4.5 miles on the Northern Highway, a 34-year-old pharmacist reported to police that he was attacked by a warehouse assistant at DHL.
He was called to discuss a personal situation. Upon his arrival at DHL, the alleged attacker allegedly threw a pint bottle at his vehicle, shattering the windshield and causing glass injuries to his face. The complainant then exited his vehicle and slammed the accused to the ground, resulting in an injury to his right foot.
Both parties sustained injuries, the complainant receiving treatment for the glass wound to his face and the alleged attacker being treated for the injury to his right foot.
Police are investigating.
