By Zoila Palma: Today, the Institute of Archaeology advised that due to elevated water level & high river currents, all activities are SUSPENDED at the Nohoch Che’en Cave.
ALL other Archaeological Reserves remain OPEN for visitation.
Tour Operators & Guides are advised to remain highly vigilant of changing inland weather patterns & local river conditions.
The Institute of Archaeology says that it will continue to monitor conditions and issue updates as necessary.
