By Zoila Palma: Entrepreneurs, artisans and small business owners in Benque Viejo del Carmen will have the opportunity to access training, funding information and networking opportunities when the National MSME Roadshow arrives in the municipality from July 2 to 4, 2026.
The three-day event is designed to support the growth and development of micro, small and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) across Belize.
The roadshow will begin on July 2 with a day dedicated to learning and engagement. Participants will attend masterclasses and a town hall session at Cancha Marshalleck Stadium from 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., with an additional evening session scheduled from 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
On July 3, the focus will shift to business registration and financing opportunities.
A Formalization Clinic, along with information on financing and DIBED grants, will be available at Cancha Marshalleck Stadium from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
The roadshow will conclude on July 4 with the BuyBelizean Expo at Centennial Park from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
