By Breaking Belize News Staff: Sometime after 10 last night, police responded to reports of a shooting in Unitedville, Cayo.
According to reports, Ontario resident Allen Gongora “Barney” was shot near an area off the highway in the village.
He was transported to the Western Regional Hospital for treatment but succumbed to the injuries.
Investigations continue.
