By Breaking Belize News Staff: The National Meteorological Service of Belize has issued its general forecast for Wednesday, July 30, 2025, noting relatively moist and unstable conditions across the country.
Today’s forecast calls for sunny skies with cloudy spells, especially in the morning. However, a few showers and isolated thunderstorms are expected to affect mostly southern areas, gradually decreasing later tonight.
Residents in the south are advised to remain alert for localized showers and possible lightning activity. Tonight will remain mostly cloudy with only isolated rain expected.
Marine conditions remain calm, with east winds blowing at 5 to 10 knots, and sea state is slight, with wave heights between 1 to 3 feet.
Temperature highs today are forecasted to reach 92°F inland, 87°F along the coast, and 81°F in the hills. Tonight’s lows will drop to 74°F inland, 80°F on the coast, and 68°F in higher elevations.
No tropical cyclone formation is expected in the Atlantic Basin over the next 48 hours.
