By Aaron Humes: A burglary incident believed to have occurred sometime in the last month was reported to police on Thursday, targeting a residence on Cottonwick Street in the Coral Grove area.
The official caretaker of a white bungalow cement house belonging to a resident of Ladyville Village measuring 24 feet by 30 feet, reported that he last checked it a month ago and it was found to be secure.
However, during his check on Thursday, he noticed that the locks for the front burglar bar door and front main door were broken. Fortunately, upon inspection, it was determined that nothing was stolen from the house.
Police are presently investigating.
