The dialogue convenes top urban leaders, experts, and decision-makers from across the Commonwealth, including Lucy Slack, Secretary General of the Commonwealth Local Government Forum.
Together, they are addressing the urgent challenges of climate change and rapid, unplanned urbanization.
Hosted by Wilton Park, the UK Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO), and the Commonwealth Sustainable Cities Initiative (CSCI), this event serves as a platform to build a transformative coalition for sustainable urban development, with a particular focus on emerging and rapidly developing urban centers.
As part of the Belize City team, they are amplifying the voices of Belize City and the Commonwealth Local Government Forum (CLGF), ensuring that local perspectives and needs are integral to the global conversation on key issues, including:
