“His leadership and dedication have undoubtedly left an indelible mark on the community and the Church. May his legacy of compassion, guidance, and spiritual wisdom continue to inspire and guide all Belizeans,” the Ministry of the Public Service, Constitutional and Political Reform and Religious Affairs said in a press release.
