Following all the excitement surrounding one each of Bad Bunny’s concerts— for example, his recent, resounding success in Barcelona— I become prouder and prouder of this young man’s trajectory and what he has created. Here I share the recent, ingenious piece of advertisement by the Spanish fast-fashion company, Zara. I loved the atmosphere and quality of this ad. As Jessica Roiz (Billboard) points out, the creative campaign was shot on the island [Puerto Rico] by Bunny’s longtime video director and photographer, STILLZ. See reel and Zara’s marketing message, followed by excerpts from Roiz’s Billboard article below.
“ZARA presents BENITO ANTONIO, a collection born in Puerto Rico and rooted in the personal world of Benito Antonio Martínez Ocasio, the places that shaped him, the instinct that has guided him, and the identity that has defined everything he creates.”

Jessica Roiz (Billboard) writes: [. . .] R
evolving around Bad Bunny’s point of view, the 150-piece collection — created alongside his longtime creative director, Janthony Oliveras — includes graphic tees, vibrant bottoms, oversized essentials, caps and textured pieces.
“My role was to bring Benito’s style to life as it exists today, not last year’s, not next year’s. Right now,” Oliveras said in a press statement. “Being so close to him gave me a real sense of certainty: with every new piece we created, I could genuinely picture him wearing it. By the second trip to A Coruña, when we had the first samples in hand, I knew we had captured his essence. There’s something very special about this collaboration — it’s the coming together of two different worlds united by language, and Zara gives us the opportunity to share that globally in a way that feels accessible to everyone.”
“I want people to feel like they’re stepping into a dream,” he continued. “I want them to understand that simplicity doesn’t have to mean boring.”
The collection’s visual identity was closely developed by the “Baile Inolvidable” singer in collab with M/M Paris, drawing from details of everyday life in Puerto Rico: electric poles, street infrastructure, handmade textures. The creative campaign was shot on the island by Bunny’s longtime video director and photographer, STILLZ. [. . .]
