“YICE is our crucial sustainable financing initiative, which includes enterprises like Ecotourism Belize and the Ya’axche Nursery, designed to generate independent, long-term funding for Ya’axché’s vital conservation and community work,” Ya’axché noted.
This strategic revision is being made possible through the generous support of the Protected Areas Conservation Trust (PACT) under the project: “Contributing to Resilient Landscapes: Strengthening Management of Protected Areas in the Southern Belize.”
