World Water Day is being recognized under the theme, โWater for Peace.โ
World Water Day will be observed with a fair at the Central Park in Orange Walk on Friday, March 15, 2024.
The Ministry encourages everyone to come out and join theย ๐๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง๐๐ฅย ๐๐ซ๐ข๐ง๐ค๐ข๐ง๐ ย ๐๐๐ญ๐๐ซย ๐๐๐๐จ๐ซ๐๐ญ๐จ๐ซ๐ฒย unit to learn more about the roles and functions to ensure communities have safe drinking water.
There will be games and giveaways for everyone.
#WorldWaterDay is celebrated annually on March 22nd to celebrate water and to support the achievement of Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 6; Water and Sanitation.
