Woman out on bail for allegedly stabbing woman with Coca Cola pint bottle

By Breaking Belize News Staff: Shanda Marie Shepherd, 30, is out on bail after being charged for allegedly stabbed another woman with a Coca Cola pint bottle.

Shepherd was arraigned in court on Thursday on a single count of aggravated assault. She was offered bail in the sum of $1,500 along with conditions that she must not interfere with the complainant. She is due back in court on April 11.

According to reports, on December 18, 2023; the complainant reported to police that she got into an altercation with Shepherd and her sister on Amandala Drive Extension. She reported that Shepherd’s sister attacked her with a piece of wood and when she ran into her sister’s yard for safety, Shepherd followed her and broke a Coca Cola pint bottle and stabber her three times.
