Wateva Boyz win Cayo Football Association 2023 Under 13 Youth Tournament

By Rubén Morales Iglesias: Wateva Boyz FC are the champions of the Cayo Football Association 2023 Under 13 Youth Tournament.

Wateva Boyz defeated Zboys 4-2 in the finals at the Norman Broaster Stadium in San Ignacio on Saturday. Khamron Salazar, Steve Mullings, Ryan Constancia, and Joel Salazar scored for Wateva Boyz. Andy Chan and Kerrim Linarez converted for Z Boys.

The Santa Elena Royals defeated JDB 1-0 on a goal by Gerald Jones to gain third place.

In the Under 15 Division, Westline won the championship on a 4-2 victory over Zboys. San José Succotz’s IRKA captured third place in a 5-4 penalty shootout over Billy White after a 1-1 regulation game.
