By Horace Palacio: Today, residents of Toledo East are casting their ballots in a critical bye-election to select a new area representative. With over 7,000 eligible voters, the election spans 20 polling stations from Bella Vista in the north to Graham Creek and Crique Carco in the southwest.
The bye-election features candidates from three major political parties: Osmond Martinez of the PUP, Dennis Desho Williams of the UDP, and Will Maheia of the PNP.
Polling stations will open at 7:00 am and will close at 6:00 pm.
