By Rubén Morales Iglesias: The Vital Statistics Unit (VSU) has announced that its Belize City office will be open from January 13, 2025, to January 17, 2025, to provide limited services.
During this period, residents can apply for the following:
- Birth certificates
- Death certificates
- Marriage certificates
This update follows a previous notice issued on Monday, January 6, 2025, which stated that the Belize City office would be closed from Monday, January 13 to Friday, January 24, 2025. The VSU appreciates the public’s understanding and cooperation during this time. For more information, please contact the Vital Statistics Unit directly.
