According to police information, the individual was observed in a public area appearing to be under the influence of alcohol. Photographs of the man were shared in an effort to locate family members or acquaintances who may be able to assist.
Officials are advising that anyone who recognizes the individual or knows his relatives is encouraged to come forward and help ensure his safe pickup and well-being.
