Christopher Alexander Tun, 33, appeared unrepresented in court, where he was read a single charge of theft.

Allegations are that on Saturday, June 13, 2026, at Scotland Half Moon Village, Tun stole a camera valued at $90, the property of a woman.

Tun pleaded not guilty to the charge. There was no objection to bail, and the sitting magistrate offered him bail in the sum of $4,500 plus one surety of the same amount, which he met.

As part of his bail conditions, Tun is not to go within 100 yards of the virtual complainant and is not to interfere with her.

He is due back in the Belize City Magistrate’s Court on August 14, 2026.
