By Aaron Humes: A serious traffic incident occurred just after 11 this morning, involving an 18-wheeler truck belonging to Benny’s Home Center and a Nissan Rogue SUV. The two vehicles collided while both drivers attempted to make a left turn onto the Philip Goldson Highway.
Details surrounding the crash remain unclear as investigations are ongoing.
Photographs sent to our newsroom depict scenes of the aftermath, showing the truck’s substantial size dwarfing the compact SUV. The front of the Nissan Rogue was extensively damaged, with reports indicating that the vehicle became trapped between the truck’s rear wheels and the curb.
