By Aaron Humes: Police are seeking two men from Belize City and another from Gales Point, Belize District, in separate investigations.
The City residents are 22-year-old Jahleel McDougal and 31-year-old Charles “Charlea” Nolberto Jr. If anyone knows their whereabouts they are asked to contact police or Crimestoppers at 922.
The third is Austin Welch, also known as Austin Myers, who has retained attorney Norman Rodriguez to represent him. Myers/Welch gave a television interview in which he denied the allegations against him, namely that he stole a boat. He says he was planting mangroves along with a group of children for several days and that police had already questioned him about the incident a few days ago. That matter remains under investigation.
