By Breaking Belize News Staff: The trio charged for the July 2023 murder of Gabriel Tillett were back in court on Wednesday and rejected a partial disclosure, instead opting to wait for full disclosure to be provided to them by the prosecution.

Samuel Trapp, Robert Lamb and Kevin Lanza, appeared in court and were provided 73 pages of a partial disclosure in the case against them. The men, however, rejected the partial disclosure saying it was unfair for the prosecution to not provide all the evidence against them.

The prosecutor asked the court for more time to prepare the rest of documents and the matter was adjourned until March 22.

The trio is accused of killing Tillett who was found dead in the Lord Ridge cemetery in July 2023.
