Toledo East Area Representative calls out CEO Osmond Martinez for campaigning on action executed through Plan Belize

By Breaking Belize News Staff: The People’s United Party (PUP) is yet to officially announce if it will host contested conventions and in which constituencies this will be allowed.

However, several political aspirants including CEO in the Ministry of Economic Development Osmond Martinez have launched their political campaigns via social media.

Toledo East may be up for grabs but political giant Mike Espat seems to be going nowhere.

CEO Martinez and Minister Espat’s political pages are active campaigning for Toledo East, a seat Espat has held since 1993.

Espat recently reposted a post by CEO Martinez saying, “Plan Belize in action, you are paid to execute by the Government of Belize. Work continues with Team Mike and a PUP Government! Stay with Mike and the PUP.”

While there is still speculation about Espat’s departure, there is also word that he may want his son to run for Toledo East.
