By Breaking Belize News Staff: Three residents of San Pedrito, San Pedro Town, have been formally arrested and jointly charged with possession of controlled drugs with intent to supply following the discovery of 278.1 grams of cannabis.
The accused have been identified as Sheildy E. Rodriguez Jacome, Euthrofio Oscar Lisbey and Joel Amalio Herrata.
According to police, Detective Constable Arley Castillo formally arrested and charged the three individuals on October 25, 2026.
All three were cautioned by police and elected to remain silent.
During Monday’s police press briefing, ASP Stacy Smith further confirmed that Jacome was additionally charged with possession of controlled drugs with intent to supply following the discovery of 10.7 grams of cocaine during a search of her person.
Police have not disclosed further details surrounding the circumstances of the arrests.
