By Breaking Belize News Staff: Today, police in San Ignacio conducted a search at a home on Maya Street in San Ignacio.
There, officers found 1- 9mm riffle type firearm, GIVATI brand with S/#GFX0006 along with two magazines and a drum magazine along with 195 9mm ammunition and 20 x .223 ammunition were found in a room in a bucket in the house.
The 3 people present at the time of the search could not produce a firearm license and they were all detained pending charges.
